By purchasing a Bulk Bottled Catering Pack, you agree to the following operational policies:
Order Fulfillment Timeline (72-Hour Lead Time): All catering bundles must be ordered a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the requested pickup or delivery time. Orders requested inside this 72-hour window are subject to a rush fee or cancellation based on ingredient availability.
Custom Branding Approval & Cutoff: For bundles including personalized event branding, high-resolution artwork (PNG or vector format) must be submitted at the time of order. Graphic proofs must be finalized at least 72 hours prior to the event. The Dirty Crown is not responsible for low-quality prints resulting from low-resolution files submitted by the client.
Perishability & Proper Storage: Our boutique beverages are hand-crafted to order using fresh, premium ingredients and contain no added preservatives. Bottles must be kept strictly refrigerated until served. The Dirty Crown assumes no liability for product quality, spoilage, or safety if beverages are left unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours post-delivery or pickup.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery/pickup date are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled fulfillment time, as custom production, label printing, and ingredient prepping will have already commenced.
Delivery Window Logistics: For local Charlotte delivery, a designated contact person must be present at the venue during the scheduled delivery window to receive and immediately refrigerate the order. If no one is present to receive the delivery within 15 minutes of our arrival, the order will be returned to our base for client pickup, and no delivery fees will be refunded.
